This gem from Quebec is made by Fritz Kaiser in the town of Noyan. It was established in 1981 from a Switzerland's owner.
This cheese was created with the collaboration of Fritz and Les Dépendances many years ago with the Savoir-Faire of the 2 owners. Exclusive to Les Dépendances, this semi firm cheese is brushed with a specific Québec apple cider from Michel Jodoin. It is aged for 3 months and you will discover a supple ivory paste under its orange rind.
FLAVOR: Slightly fruity, you will appreciate the lactic ending and the fruity aromas.
HOW TO ENJOY: Perfect on a cheeseboard, you can enjoy it melted or in your favorite recipes.
It pairs well with a lager beer, an apple cider or a Sauvignon Blanc
