Lumpy Skin Disease: Unpasteurized cow's or buffalo's milk cheeses prohibited

Due to outbreaks of Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) in Italy and France since June 2025, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is prohibiting the importation of raw or unpasteurized cow's or buffalo's milk cheeses manufactured after May, 25th 2025 from Italy, France and Switzerland.
As a result, several of our raw or thermised cow's milk cheeses will no longer be available until the CFIA restrictions are lifted.
