Here, in the alpine mountains, the snow falls with swirls of large snowflakes. The idea to create the Flocon (snowflake), a small, sweet and light cheese, made with cow's milk was born.
Dairy Chabert uses milk of Savoy which is rich and creamy. The Flocon is refined in the cellar to reveal a delicate pattern on its rind. To fully develop its flavor during this period, Flocon is returned by hand every 2 days. It is produced from pasteurized cow's milk.
It is a delicate cheese with a thin, white rind with a melting heart.
FLAVOR: It possesses a light nutty taste and delicate aromas with a slightly lactic flavor.
HOW TO ENJOY IT: Perfect on a cheeseboard, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
It pairs well with a Sancerre.
