This soft white cheese is a large surface supermarket cheese that is known by most consumers. It combines what many are looking for; quality at an affordable price. Père André Camembert has a fairly thick white rind and a dimpled, elastic, butter-coloured paste.
FLAVOUR: Pleasantly salty, it releases white mushroom aromas. Its flavour is slightly lactic, without bitterness or power.
HOW TO SAVOUR: Excellent in sandwich with cold cuts and dijonnaise. Also delicious melted in a burger. Do not hesitate to stuff poultry or porc with it.
