This cheese is made from the highest quality pasteurised cow's milk and cream. The pineapples are dehydrated before being added on the cheese to cover it.
Burgundy is recognized for its exceptional wines but its shaded hillsides are also home to Montbélliardes cattle that produce rich and balanced milk. The Brillat-Savarin and the Époisse are both well-known cheeses that are made from milk from the Burgundy region.
