This cheese is made from the highest quality pasteurised cow`s milk and cream. The papaya is dehydrated before being deposited on the cheese to cover its surface.
Burgundy is recognized for its exceptional wines but its shaded hillsides are also home to Montbélliardes cattle that produce rich and balanced milk. The Brillat-Savarin and the Époisse are both well-known cheeses that are made from milk from the Burgundy region.

FLAVOUR: The flavour is very close to that of milk and even more so, cream. It balances perfectly with the sweetness of the fruit that coats it. Its texture is buttery and silky.
HOW TO SAVOUR: Offer it at the end of a cheeseboard as a dessert or even better, serve it for breakfast with a fresh sesame bagel.
