Established for more than 50 years in Burgundy, in Gilly-les-Cîteaux, the family business Delin defends with conviction the work of local milk producers.
Made on its historic Delin family site, located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, these creamy aperitifs, made from pasteurized cow's milk are one of a kind.
These are delicately coated in a mexican spice blend (peppers, onion, garlic, tomato, paprika, fine herbs, seasoning and hot peppers)
It is a creamy cheese with a flavor reminiscent of a triple cream.
FLAVOUR: These small bites bring flavor and color when decorating in a cheese platter.
HOW TO ENJOY: On a skewer with other ingredients such as olives, and of course as an aperitif. Pairs with a fresh white wine, or a lager.
