This second-generation family owned business has always preferred putting quality and flavour before technology and efficiency. This bloomy rind flavoured cheese will please everybody. You get the same creamy texture as the Château de Bourgogne with a delicious slice of truffles in the middle FLAVOR: Its thick rind releases woody notes and its creamy paste is delicate and slightly acidic. The texture is similar to that of room-temperature butter. Truffles make this cheese a gem with well-balanced flavours. HOW TO ENJOY: Serve it on a warm crunchy baguette. Pairs well with a light red wine or a mellow white wine.
