Mostly made in the Franche-Comté region, the cancoillotte is obtained with mixing skimmed sour cow's milk and butter. It's a light cheese product. The fat content basically comes from the butter added. FLAVOURS : When cold, the cancoillotte is salted with a slightly acid taste. When heated, we discover a light fruity taste. HOW TO ENJOY: Eat it with a spoon, on a piece of bread or in a hot dish... every opportunity is good to enjoy cancoillotte. In addition, its plastic container lets you reheat it in the microwave.
