Cabridoux is the only spread cheese in the market made form fresh pasteurized goat's milk with no preservative and protein added. The Dairy Sèvre Belle is involved, from several years, in Non-GMO procedures (Genetically Modified Organism). The milk used to make this spread cheese is taken exclusively from the members of the cooperative. When we buy cheese from a cooperative, we encourage workers who believes in supportive values, quality values and local products.
Its container is shaped like a hexagonal truncated pyramid and is made of rigid plastic.
FLAVOUR: It has a soft cream odour and a slightly tart flavour. Its texture is smooth and creamy and its taste is very light and fresh.
HOW TO SAVOUR: It is delicious with smoked salmon, capers and red onion. Put it on a blini and savour it in the sun with a glass of Chardonnay.
