This cheese is made in the Lot & Garonne, at the Fromagerie Baechler, artisan cheese-maker since 1860. It is today an ancestral know-how which is perpetuated at the cheese dairy. The cheese dairy collects milk from cows in the Lot et Garonne and develops it from the manufacturing stage to the maturing stage. All the cheeses are handled by hand. FLAVOURS: Pleasantly salty, this cheese offers floral and herbaceous notes from the white wine used in its maturation. HOW TO TASTE IT: Simply add it to your favourite raclette cheese selection.
