This Normandy terroir cheese is made with pasteurised cow`s milk by the Graindorge creamery in Livarot, France. Normanville is aged for a minimum of 7 weeks and it possesses a supple and creamy texture that melt in the mouth. When you will open the lovely wooden box, you will discover a white rustic rind and smell mushroom, lactic aromas. FLAVOR: Normanville has a mild flavour with herbal notes and a touch of mushroom. HOW TO ENJOY: Taste it with a fig bread or crackers. Serve it at room temperature on a cheeseboard. It pairs well with Bordeaux or wheat beers.
