Valbreso is a brand that has existed for over thirty years already! It is made with a traditional recipe using the milk of a rare breed of Lacaune ewes found in South-Western France. Valbreso is a pasteurised ewe's milk feta that is aged in brine. FLAVOUR: It has a fresh, salty and slightly acidic flavour. Its colour is white and its texture is soft and melts in the mouth. HOW TO SAVOUR: This cheese is ideal as an accompaniment to salads but can also serve as an ingredient in many recipes, whether they be hot or cold. It is exceptional warmed in the oven with a filet of olive oil and cherry tomatoes.
