The Netherlands : Twente Weight : 2,5 kg Milk : Goat, pasteurized Classification : Uncoocked firm ripened cheese Producer : Landgeod Kaamps

Made in Holland, Kaamps fenugrec is unique. The goats that produce the milk are mostly fed with clovers. Because it is naturally sweet, it gives to the cheese sugary notes. It is also made with pasteurized goat's milk and it is all the cheese that is influenced by these sweet notes resulting from the feeding of the goats and reinforced by a maturation in a cellar with a particular atmosphere. It has a pure white paste with multiples yellow grains. The rind is waxed and it is not edible. FLAVOR: The mixture of the goat cheese and the seeds of Fenugreek gives to this cheese a delicious taste of walnut. Its texture is smooth and it has persistent aromas. HOW TO ENJOY: Serve it cut in cubes with crackers and it will be a good addition to your salads. Pair it with a white or a blond beer.
