With this Brebis Reserva, you will enjoy an unusual cheese made from raw milk of Churra sheep; an indigenous race who is breed in the region of Castile and Leon in Spain.
It is aged for 12 months with particular attention to ancestral processes. It was also gold medalist at the World Cheese Awards in 2012 and 2015. According to its producers, it represents the belief that "natural foods taste better".
FLAVORS: Its paste is straw yellow in color. Its aroma is frank, intense but well balanced. It has a flavor of dried fruits slightly grilled, mixed with a slight acidity.
