Géraldine is committed to using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients:
- AOP butter from Normady,
- flour from a local mill,
- eggs from free-range chickens,
- organically grown fruit,
- collaboration with local producers
Flavored with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, it has a mild, sweet taste. It’s often served as a crispy topping with vanilla ice cream or berries. Some people spread it with jam or honey.
