Since its creation, Groix and Nature have been involved in a real sustainable development project. This is reflected in the choice to produce artisanally in the last cannery of the island of Groix by men and women living in the island. All the recipes are inspired by island culinary traditions and cooked from raw materials mainly from small coastal fishing boats.
Cooked from Blue Lobster (the Breton Lobster), considered as the finest of the crustaceans, discover the tender and refined meat of the Lobster (30.5%) through this recipe that will delight gourmets.
FLAVOUR: Raised at the Kari Gosse, a spice mixture well known to gourmets, find in the mouth the fine and delicate taste of the Lobster.
Created in Lorient in the XIXth century, the Kari Gosse is a mixture of spices with tonic perfume.
HOW TO ENJOY: This lobster rillettes handcrafted by Groix and Nature are ideal as an aperitif, snack or starter and can be enjoyed either on a fresh bread or a cracker. Rillettes pairs perfectly with a fresh and fruity white wine.
