The Vosges Mountains are faboulous and it's in this natural setting that the Munsters are produced. The Munster is a washed rind cheese with a creamy texture and an ivory paste sprinkled with tiny holes. It is made with pasteurised cow's milk and has the characteristic Munter taste. FLAVOUR : We find subtle perfumes with floral and butter undertones. It's highly flavoursome with a delicate finish. HOW TO ENJOY : Simply on a cheese platter with pears, accompanied by a white wine from Alsace.
